Why won’t my NarcBox Sync?

The most common reason why the NarcBox was unable to sync is because the NarcBox isn't allowed to "open" the connection to the server. When this happens, the cause can be one of a few things:

The WiFi router kicked the connection for some reason - Resetting the box can re-initiate the connection. See How do I reset my NarcBox?
There is a firewall blocking the NarcBox from sending the request to the server - See WiFi FAQ
Internet service problem - Contact your internet provider
Try a different WiFi connection or Hotspot. Phone hotspots work great for a temporary connection.

Once you are able to make a connection please make sure your NarcBox is running on the most recent firmware. Most problems that occur with the NarcBox can be solved by resetting the NarcBox and updating the firmware. To do this see Firmware Updates.
