If your screen is non-functional, please check these few things:
- Are there any scratches or cracks on or near the screen? If so, follow the steps for scratches or cracks on or near the screen.
- Is the box plugged in? If not plug it in and see if this solves the issue.
- Is the screen frozen on a specific screen? If so, follow the steps for frozen on a specific screen.
- Is the door open? If so, please press and hold the internal reset button for ten seconds and see if this resolves the issue. If no, please read through the steps listed below.
If your box has scratches or cracks on or near the screen, please follow these steps:
1) Reach out to your account admin to have them put the box in
monitor mode (if the door is not open) (if the door is open skip to step 5)
2) Unplug the box for a full minute
3) Plug the box back in and wait a full minute after it reboots
4) If the door does not open after a full minute, please contact us for instructions of how to break into the box and get your meds out
5) Create a ticket in our system

If your box is frozen on a specific screen:
1) Unplug the box for a full minute
2) Plug the box back in and this should reset the box
3) If the screen is still unresponsive, follow the steps listed above for scratches or cracks on or near the screen
