There are some issues that we can troubleshoot and fix in the field. Other times there are specific hardware issues on the boxes that must be adjusted or repaired in house. We know that this can be inconvenient for you because you use your boxes daily. However, some issues cannot be resolved unless it comes in. The repair process can take about 2-4 weeks (contact us for current lead times) for any in house repair to be completed from the time we receive your box. When you send it in, please only send the NarcBox. Hang on to your power cords and everything else, unless specifically requested by us.
Each box comes with a 1 year warranty for repairs or you can purchase an extended warranty that would give you a total of 3 years of coverage for repairs. Most items that would need repair are covered under those warranties.
You would pay for the shipping to get your item to us as well as repairs if:
- Your NarcBox/HQ/Locker is outside of its 1 year warranty period
- Your NarcBox/HQ/Locker is outside of the purchased 3 year extended warranty period
- Modifications have been made by you or your team to the NarcBox/HQ/Locker that was not authorized by NarcBox
- Your NarcBox/HQ has a cracked screen or other physical damage
- Your NarcBox Firmware has not been updated on a regular basis and your firmware is on 2.99 or lower (this will require an upgrade and that will be $300/NarcBox)
- Your NarcBox Firmware has not been updated on a regular basis and your firmware is on 3.18 or lower
You will be invoiced for repairs shortly after your NarcBox is shipped back to you. Typical repair costs range from $25 - $300 depending on the type of repair. We will pay for the shipping to return your item back to you.
