An Account Administrator will first need to register their Department with NarcTrak (
https://narcbox.com/login) by filling out the form found here:
https://narcbox.com/register . The Account Administrator's
username will be the email they entered while filling out the form and they can create a password during this time as well.
Once the registration is complete, the Account Administrator can add Users to the account.
User's can be set up in the system as an EMT/Witness, Employee/Paramedic, Group Administrator, or Account Administrator. Only the Group Administrators and the Account Administrators will have access to login to NarcTrak.
The username for your Group Administrators and Account Administrators will be the email address that was set up for them when they were added as a user in the account. They will then receive an email to retrieve their pin (PIN retrieval email links expire after 7 days. If you reset a user's PIN, the email sent to the users email address will contain a link that will remain valid for 7 days. If they do not retrieve their PIN within that time period, the PIN reset procedure will have to be done again.). They will also receive an email to reset/set their password and an email to confirm their email address. If they did not get an email to verify their email address, they will have an opportunity to do so when they try to log in for the first time and they will get this message:
Please have them click on the link that says, "click here to request another". They will then get an email to verify their email.
If at any time you or any of your Group Administrators or Account Administrators forget their password, they can easily reset the password by clicking on "Reset Password?". They will get an email sent to the email on file with a link to reset their password. That link will expire after 3 days, and you will need to perform the login attempt again to send another link if you do not complete the process within that time period.
Please note that i
f a computer has been logged in to www.narcbox.com with an excess of 2 hours of inactivity, the system will automatically logout.

Here you can access information about our products, support for our products, training, our online store and a link to take you to the login for NarcBox/NarcTrak or StationStok. In the 'Support/FAQ' section for NarcBox/NarcTrak Help, you can access information about how to get started, field guides, FAQ and Troubleshooting, and other tutorials. You can also submit a ticket for more support when you click on the 'Support/FAQ' section for NarcBox/NarcTrak Help. Next you will click on 'My Tickets'. You will then be able to create a password for your account, submit tickets and keep track of the tickets you have submitted.

Please note that this username and password for submitting a ticket is not the same as your login for NarcBox/NarcTrak, StationStok or AssetTrak and you will need to create a new one. We are in the process of being able to have a single login for each of our web pages, but for now they aren't connected. You can use the same information as your NarcBox/NarcTrak account if you would like.
