HQ - Log Med Use Non-Tagged Medications

Log Med Use Non-Tagged Medications

  • Select ‘Manage Inventory’

  • Enter User Credentials - PIN/RFID/BIO

  • Select ‘Log Med Use’

  • “Warning- All Medications must be checked out before logging med use” - see Transfer Out Instructions

  • Select ‘Proceed’ if your medication(s) have been checked out.

  • “Are you logging med use for RFID tagged items?” - select ‘No’

  • Select ‘Add Medication’, select your medication

  • Enter amount Administered and Wasted, then select ‘Ok’

  • Double check Amounts are correct

  • Repeat the last three steps until all meds have been logged

  • Have Run # (optional), press 'Run Number', enter Run #, press 'Done'

  • Done with Med entry, press ‘Next’

  • Enter Witness Credentials - PIN/RFID/BIO

  • Confirm Run #, Meds and Admin/Waste Qty

  • Press ‘Finish’

  • Log Med Use Complete
