HQ Non-Tagged Medication Transactions

Add New Non-Tagged Medications
  1. Select 'Manage Inventory'
  2. Enter User(s) Credentials- PIN/RFID/BIO
  3. Select 'Add New Med'
  4. "Do you want to add RFID tagged items", select 'No'
  5. If you have multiple lockers, press 'Open/Select Locker', select desired Locker, press 'Switch Locker' (1 Locker at a time)
  6. Press 'Medication', select Medication, press 'Done'
  7. Enter Quantity, press 'Add'
  8. Repeat steps 5-7 until all meds have been added to the HQ
  9. When complete, press 'Done'
  10. View and confirm added meds are correct, press 'Confirm'
  11. Sending data to server - Complete



Transfer In Non-Tagged Medications
  1. Select 'Manage Inventory' 
  2. Enter User(s) Credentials - PIN/RFID/BIO
  3. Select 'Transfer In'
  4. "Are you transferring RFID tagged items into the HQ", select 'No'
  5. If you have multiple lockers, press 'Open/Select Locker', select desired Locker, press 'Switch Locker' (1 Locker at a time)
  6. Select the Medication you are wanting to transfer in
  7. Enter the Quantity, then select 'Add'
  8. Repeat steps 5-7 until all meds have been added that you are transferring in
  9. When you are finished press 'Done'
  10. Review Meds and select 'Confirm'
  11. Sending data to server - Complete


Transfer Out Non-Tagged Medications
  1. Select 'Manage Inventory' 
  2. Enter User(s) Credentials - PIN/RFID/BIO
  3. Select 'Transfer Out'
  4. "Are you transferring RFID Tagged items out of the HQ" - select 'No'
  5. If you have multiple lockers, press 'Open/Select Locker', select desired Locker, press 'Switch Locker' (1 Locker at a time)
  6. Select the Medication you are wanting to transfer out
  7. Enter the quantity, then select 'Add'
  8. Repeat steps 5-7 until all meds have been added that you are transferring out
  9. When you are finished press 'Done'
  10. Review the meds and press 'Confirm'
  11. Sending data to server - Complete


Log Med Use Non-Tagged Medications
  1. Select 'Manage Inventory'
  2. Enter User Credentials - PIN/RFID/BIO
  3. Select 'Log Med Use'
  4. “Warning- All Medications must be checked out before logging med use”-see Transfer Out instructions
  5. Select 'Proceed' if your medication(s) have been checked out
  6. “Are you logging med use for RFID tagged items?” - select 'No'
  7. Select 'Add Medication', select your medication
  8. Select and enter amount Administered and Wasted, press 'Done'
  9. Double check Amounts are correct
  10. Repeat steps 7-9 until all meds have been logged
  11. Have a Run # (optional), press ‘Run Number’, enter Run #, press 'Done'
  12. Done with Med entry, press ‘Next’
  13. Enter Witness Credentials - PIN/RFID/BIO
  14. Confirm Run #, Meds and Admin/Waste Qty
  15. Press 'Finish'
  16. Log Med Use Complete



Retire (Remove) Non-Tagged Medications
  1. Select 'Manage Inventory'
  2. Enter User(s) Credentials - PIN/RFID/BIO
  3. Select 'Retire Items'
  4. “Are you removing RFID tagged items from the HQ”, select 'No'
  5. If you have multiple lockers, press 'Open/Select Locker', select desired Locker, press 'Switch Locker' (1 Locker at a time)
  6. Select 'Medication' and then click on the medication you are retiring
  7. Enter the quantity of medications that you are retiring then press 'Add'
  8. Select 'Next'
  9. Select reason for removal
  10. Select 'Finish' when done
  11. Removal Complete



Full Audit Non-Tagged Medications
  1. Select 'Manage Inventory' 
  2. Enter User(s) Credentials - PIN/RFID/BIO
  3. Select 'Audit'
  4. If you have multiple lockers, select desired Locker (1 Locker at a time)
  5. Select 'Full Audit'
  6. Select 'Next' to skip scanning RFID meds
  7. Select each non-tagged medication and enter the amount of vials you have per medication
  8. Review audit summary
  9. Select 'Finish' when you are done reviewing the summary
  10. Press 'Confirm' to complete transaction
  11. Sending data to server - Complete
    *Accounts for all tagged and non-tagged inventory



Quick Audit Non-Tagged Medications (Shift Change)
  1. Select 'Manage Inventory'  
  2. Enter User(s) Credentials - PIN/RFID/BIO
  3. Select 'Audit'
  4. If you have multiple lockers, select desired Locker (1 Locker at a time)
  5. Select 'Quick Audit'
  6. Select each medication and enter the amount of vials that you have 
  7. Repeat for all medications
  8. Select 'Complete Audit' when you are finished
  9. Sending data to server - Complete
    *Accounts for all tagged and non-tagged inventory
