HQ Non-Tagged Medication Transactions

Add New Non-Tagged Medications
- Select 'Manage Inventory'
- Enter User(s) Credentials- PIN/RFID/BIO
- Select 'Add New Med'
- "Do you want to add RFID tagged items", select 'No'
- If you have multiple lockers, press 'Open/Select Locker', select desired Locker, press 'Switch Locker' (1 Locker at a time)
- Press 'Medication', select Medication, press 'Done'
- Enter Quantity, press 'Add'
- Repeat steps 5-7 until all meds have been added to the HQ
- When complete, press 'Done'
- View and confirm added meds are correct, press 'Confirm'
- Sending data to server - Complete
Transfer In Non-Tagged Medications
- Select 'Manage Inventory'
- Enter User(s) Credentials - PIN/RFID/BIO
- Select 'Transfer In'
- "Are you transferring RFID tagged items into the HQ", select 'No'
- If you have multiple lockers, press 'Open/Select Locker', select desired Locker, press 'Switch Locker' (1 Locker at a time)
- Select the Medication you are wanting to transfer in
- Enter the Quantity, then select 'Add'
- Repeat steps 5-7 until all meds have been added that you are transferring in
- When you are finished press 'Done'
- Review Meds and select 'Confirm'
- Sending data to server - Complete
Transfer Out Non-Tagged Medications
- Select 'Manage Inventory'
- Enter User(s) Credentials - PIN/RFID/BIO
- Select 'Transfer Out'
- "Are you transferring RFID Tagged items out of the HQ" - select 'No'
- If you have multiple lockers, press 'Open/Select Locker', select desired Locker, press 'Switch Locker' (1 Locker at a time)
- Select the Medication you are wanting to transfer out
- Enter the quantity, then select 'Add'
- Repeat steps 5-7 until all meds have been added that you are transferring out
- When you are finished press 'Done'
- Review the meds and press 'Confirm'
- Sending data to server - Complete
Log Med Use Non-Tagged Medications
- Select 'Manage Inventory'
- Enter User Credentials - PIN/RFID/BIO
- Select 'Log Med Use'
- “Warning- All Medications must be checked out before logging med use”-see Transfer Out instructions
- Select 'Proceed' if your medication(s) have been checked out
- “Are you logging med use for RFID tagged items?” - select 'No'
- Select 'Add Medication', select your medication
- Select and enter amount Administered and Wasted, press 'Done'
- Double check Amounts are correct
- Repeat steps 7-9 until all meds have been logged
- Have a Run # (optional), press ‘Run Number’, enter Run #, press 'Done'
- Done with Med entry, press ‘Next’
- Enter Witness Credentials - PIN/RFID/BIO
- Confirm Run #, Meds and Admin/Waste Qty
- Press 'Finish'
- Log Med Use Complete
Retire (Remove) Non-Tagged Medications
- Select 'Manage Inventory'
- Enter User(s) Credentials - PIN/RFID/BIO
- Select 'Retire Items'
- “Are you removing RFID tagged items from the HQ”, select 'No'
- If you have multiple lockers, press 'Open/Select Locker', select desired Locker, press 'Switch Locker' (1 Locker at a time)
- Select 'Medication' and then click on the medication you are retiring
- Enter the quantity of medications that you are retiring then press 'Add'
- Select 'Next'
- Select reason for removal
- Select 'Finish' when done
- Removal Complete
Full Audit Non-Tagged Medications
- Select 'Manage Inventory'
- Enter User(s) Credentials - PIN/RFID/BIO
- Select 'Audit'
- If you have multiple lockers, select desired Locker (1 Locker at a time)
- Select 'Full Audit'
- Select 'Next' to skip scanning RFID meds
- Select each non-tagged medication and enter the amount of vials you have per medication
- Review audit summary
- Select 'Finish' when you are done reviewing the summary
- Press 'Confirm' to complete transaction
- Sending data to server - Complete
*Accounts for all tagged and non-tagged inventory
Quick Audit Non-Tagged Medications (Shift Change)
- Select 'Manage Inventory'
- Enter User(s) Credentials - PIN/RFID/BIO
- Select 'Audit'
- If you have multiple lockers, select desired Locker (1 Locker at a time)
- Select 'Quick Audit'
- Select each medication and enter the amount of vials that you have
- Repeat for all medications
- Select 'Complete Audit' when you are finished
- Sending data to server - Complete
*Accounts for all tagged and non-tagged inventory
