HQ Tagged Medication Transactions

Add New Tagged Medications
  1. Select 'Manage Inventory'
  2. Enter User(s) Credentials - PIN/RFID/BIO
  3. Select 'Add New Med'
  4. "Do you want to add RFID tagged items", select 'Yes'
  5. If you have multiple lockers, press 'Open/Select Locker', select desired Locker, press 'Switch Locker' (1 Locker at a time)
  6. Press 'Medication', select Medication
  7. Select and enter Lot #, Form 222, and/or Expiration Date (all optional)
  8. Scan RFID or press 'RFID' to manually enter, then continue to scan RFID tags one after another for same med and info
  9. Repeat steps 5-8 until all meds have been added to the HQ
  10. When complete, press 'Done'
  11. View and confirm added meds are correct, press 'Confirm'
  12. Sending data to server - Complete


Tag Existing Medications
  1. Select 'Manage Inventory'
  2. Enter User(s) Credentials - PIN/RFID/BIO
  3. Select 'Tag Existing'
  4. If you have multiple lockers, press 'Open/Select Locker', select desired Locker, press 'Switch Locker' (1 Locker at a time)
  5. Press 'Medication', select Medication
  6. Select and enter Lot #, Form 222, and/or Expiration Date (all optional)
  7. Scan RFID or press 'RFID' to manually enter, then continue to scan RFID tags one after another for same med and info
  8. Repeat steps 4-7 to tag different existing medications (1 Locker at a time)
  9. When complete, press 'Done'
  10. View and confirm added meds are correct, press 'Confirm'
  11. Sending data to server - Complete


Transfer In Tagged Medications
  1. Select 'Manage Inventory'
  2. Enter User(s) credentials - PIN/RFID/BIO
  3. Select 'Transfer In'
  4. "Are you transferring in RFID tagged items into the HQ", select 'Yes'
  5. If you have multiple lockers, press 'Open/Select Locker', select desired Locker, press 'Switch Locker' (1 Locker at a time)
  6. Scan the RFID's or press 'Enter RFID Manually' for the medications that you want to transfer in
  7. When done scanning press 'Done'
  8. Review Meds and select 'Confirm'
  9. Sending data to server - Complete


Transfer Out Tagged Medications
  1. Select 'Manage Inventory' 
  2. Enter User(s) credentials - PIN/RFID/BIO
  3. Select 'Transfer Out'
  4. “Are you transferring RFID tagged items out of the HQ" - select 'Yes'
  5. If you have multiple lockers, press 'Open/Select Locker', select desired Locker, press 'Switch Locker' (1 Locker at a time)
  6. Scan the RFID's or press 'Enter RFID Manually' for the medications that you want to transfer out
  7. When done scanning press 'Done'
  8. Review Meds and select 'Confirm'
  9. Sending data to server- Complete



Log Med Use Tagged Medications
  1. Select ‘Manage Inventory’
  2. Enter User Credentials - PIN/RFID/BIO
  3. Select ‘Log Med Use’
  4. Warning- All Medications must be checked out before logging med use”- See Transfer Out Instructions
  5. Select 'Proceed' if your medication(s) have been checked out
  6. “Are you logging med use for RFID tagged items”, press 'Yes'
  7. Scan the RFID's or press 'Enter RFID Manually' for the medications 
  8. Select and enter amount Administered and Wasted, press 'Done'
  9. Repeat steps 7-9 until all meds have been logged
  10. Have a Run # (optional), press ‘Run Number’, enter Run #, press 'Done'
  11. Done with Med entry, press ‘Next’
  12. Enter Witness Credentials - PIN/RFID/BIO
  13. Confirm Run #, Meds and Admin/Waste Qty
  14. Press ‘Finish’
  15. Log Med Use Complete



Retire (Remove) Tagged Medications
  1. Select 'Manage Inventory'
  2. Enter User(s) credentials - PIN/RFID/BIO
  3. Select 'Retire Items'
  4. “Are you removing RFID tagged items from the HQ”, select 'Yes'
  5. If you have multiple lockers, press 'Open/Select Locker', select desired Locker, press 'Switch Locker' (1 Locker at a time)
  6. Scan the RFID's or press 'Enter RFID Manually' for the medications that are being retired
  7. When done scanning select 'Next'
  8. Select reason for removal
  9. Select 'Finish' when done
  10. Removal Complete


Full Audit Tagged Medications
*will also include Non-Tagged Medications
  1. Select 'Manage Inventory' 
  2. Enter User(s) credentials - PIN/RFID/BIO
  3. Select 'Audit'
  4. If you have multiple lockers, select desired Locker (1 Locker at a time)
  5. Select 'Full Audit'
  6. Scan or press 'Enter RFID Manually' for all RFID medications in the locker 
  7. Select 'Next' when you are finished scanning
  8. If you have non-tagged meds select each medication and enter the amount of vials you have per medication
  9. Review audit summary
  10. Press 'Finish' when you are done reviewing the summary
  11. Press 'Confirm' to complete transaction
  12. Sending data to server - Complete

Quick Audit Tagged Medications (Shift Change)
*will also include Non-Tagged Medications
  1. Select 'Manage Inventory' 
  2. Enter User(s) credentials - PIN/RFID/BIO
  3. Select 'Audit'
  4. If you have multiple lockers, select desired Locker (1 Locker at a time)
  5. Select 'Quick Audit'
  6. Select each medication and enter the amount of vials that you have (tagged and non-tagged)
  7. Repeat for all medications
  8. Select 'Complete Audit' when you are finished
  9. Sending data to server - Complete

*Accounts for all tagged and non-tagged inventory
