Building Categories
To build categories on your StationStok account, select 'StationStok Settings' to drop down more options, then press 'Custom Categories'.
Select '+ Product Custom Field'
Enter the Name and Product Category of the new custom field. Then press 'Save'.
New category has been created!
Custom Fields show up when adding or editing a product in that Product Category
To add a new product category select '+Product Category'
Then enter the Name and check if the product category has an Lot # and Exp Date. Then press 'Save'.
New Category has been created!
To add Budget Categories select '+Budget Category'
Enter the Name and then press 'Save'
New Category has been created!
Find and use the budget category in 'Budget', then under Category select it form the drop down.
Building Departments
To add a new Department, press "+ Departments"
*This feature is primarily a Asset Trak feature*
Enter the Department name, and then press 'Save'.
New Category has been created.
When creating a staff member you can assign them a Department. You can also create a new Department on this screen by pressing the '+' next to 'Departments'.
