Add Products
Before creating a new product make sure you have the following information: *These are required fields.
Manufacturer Description
Vendor
Vendor Part Number
Vendor Price
To add products to your StationStok account, select 'Products' on the left side of your screen. Then select "List of Products".
Now on the top right side of your screen select 'Actions', then 'New Product'
Enter in the Product Information in the appropriate fields:
- Type: Tracked items will track Lot Numbers and Expirations dates when the item is received.
- Manufacturer Description: *This is a required field.
- Custom Name: Preferred shorter name that will be displayed when viewing product lists.
- Select or Create a Budget Category
- Select or Create a Product Category
- Manufacturer
- Manufacturer SKU
- Special ID: Available option to add a unique identifier for the specific product.
- Upload Product Image: Upload any product image file under to 2MB of your choice.
- QR Code: QR code will auto populate once non-tracked item is saved.
- Notes: Add notes you feel is important for this Product
Enter Product Vendor Information (Vendor, Part Number, and Price are required). Please contact your Vendor with questions on product information.
Then to quickly add the product to a location, select the Main Warehouse Sub Location. Enter the Min, Max, and On Hand.
To save the new product press "Create Product"
Product has been Created!
Edit Product
To edit product(s) on your StationStok account, select 'Administration' on the left side of your screen to view more options. Then press 'Product'.
Find the Product you would like to edit, select 'Actions', then select 'Edit'.
Edit the Product Information or Product Vendor Information as needed. Press 'Save Changes'
Product has been updated!
