Add and Edit Locations

Adding Locations

To add location(s) to your StationStok account, on the left side of your online account, select 'StationStok Settings' to drop down additional options. Then select 'Locations'.




The Primary Warehouse is the only default location. To edit the information for the Primary Warehouse select the 'Detail' tab. Here you can edit the Station Name and QR Code, as well as the Address and Phone Number.
The Primary Warehouse is the parent location, it is the location that supplies all other locations.




To add sub locations to your Primary Warehouse hover over it and press the '+' that appears next to it. Or select 'Actions' then 'New Sublocation'.




Enter the Name and select Location Type from the drop down. Then press 'Save' to add sub location.

















New compartment has been created!




To view sub locations select the small arrow on the left side of the location name.




To add a child location select '+ New' next to Other Locations.




Enter the Name and select the Location Type from the drop down. Then press 'Save' to add new location.




New child location has been created.




To add a sub location hover over the station then press the '+'. Or select the station then press 'Actions' and 'New Sublocation'.




Enter the Name and select the Location Type from the drop down. Then press 'Save'.




New compartment has been created.




More locations and sub locations can be created using the same process.

Other Actions

Printing QR Labels

Press 'Actions' then select 'QR Label'.

Cloning Locations

Select the location you want to clone, then press 'Actions', then 'Clone Location'

Cloning a location will make a copy of the location with all the same compartments and sub compartments along with the products in the locations.




Enter the New Name, and press 'Save'.




Cloned Location Successfully!




Adding Products to Sub Locations

Products can only be added to sub locations**

To add products to sub locations select the small arrow on the left of the locations to view sub locations. Then select the sub location.




Then select '+ Products'.




Select 'Add to Compartment' for single products or select 'Add all Active Products' to all them all. Once you have add the products you want then press 'Back'.




Now enter the Stock Min, Stock Max, and On Hand amounts. 




Select the tab 'Detail', here you can edit the Compartment Name and the QR code. If you use sealed compartments toggle on 'Sealed'.
If you are not wanting to track the on hand amount for product, check the box for Non Inventory Location.
Once all of the updates have been made press 'Update Sublocation'.




Now you can view all products in the locations.
