What to do when your Admin is leaving

If a NarcTrak account Admin is retiring or changing jobs, this is what needs to happen before they leave:

1) We recommend that you have at least two account Admins for your NarcTrak account. 
       -This creates a safer account and can help with managing the online account. If you have an assistant or someone else ranked above you that works with your station occasionally, you may want to add them. 
      - If someone is replacing the account Admin that is leaving, make sure the new Admin does training with the current account Admin.
      - Training with us is also an option if the former account Admin already left, doesn't have time to go over everything in depth or if your new Admin would like more training.  We offer a short 30 minute refresher training course for all NarcTrak Pro customers (free of charge) or we also have a 2 hour training option.  Click here to schedule a training.  

2) User Type may need to be updated for the new account Admin.
      - If you only have one account Admin with your company, they will need to update the new account Admin's User Type before they leave. If not done, we will need an email from someone who is above the new account Admin in rank to verify that they are the new account admin. The new account Admin (once User Type has been updated) or a current Admin that is staying also needs to remove the former account Admin from the account by deactivating them. 3) Make note of the items that you will need to order from us and the subscriptions you will need to renew. 
      - If you use RFID tags for medication tracking or use Pouch tracking you may need to order items from us when you get low (RFID medication vial stickers, pouches, RFID pouch identifying tags, seals). You can contact us at info@narcbox.com to order them or you can order them online here.
      - If you have a NarcTrak Pro subscription it must be renewed annually.  Please contact us (info above) for the expiration date of the current subscription.
