Unlocking/Locking Errors

Door Won’t Unlock-

If your NarcBox door won’t unlock, go into narcbox.com and find your box under NarcBoxes. You will select the edit button from the drop down actions menu. Once you are in the edit menu scroll to the bottom and you will find three modes that you can put your box into. Select monitor mode and save. Go to your box and press sync. Please give the box 1 full minute after the sync to finish communicating with the server even if you get a "Sync OK". The door should unlock and you can retrieve your medications. If the door does not open, go back to the website and put the box in lockdown mode and then sync. Then put it back in monitor mode , sync and wait a full minute before trying to open the box. If it does not open the first time after this, try repeating this process a few times. You can also go here for more information on how to check the door sensors to see if they are off and causing the issue.  If your box still does not unlock, you do not hear the lock unlocking when you are trying to open it or switching it to and from monitor mode please contact us by submitting a ticket, emailing at support@narcbox.com, or call us at 888-627-2269.  You can also go here for more information on how to check the door sensors to see if they are off and causing the issue.
