Track Non-Tagged Medication - Basic Setup

Setting up Tracked Medications

The Tracked Medication feature can be activated from the website under the Tracked Medication tab through Settings. When these options are enabled, it allows the NarcBox to be used to enter Non-Tagged medication usage and/or waste, and transfer Non-Tagged medications in and out.

Select the check boxes you wish to use:
  1. 'Enable medication usage tracking' - Allows access to Log Med Use
  2. 'Require medication waste tracking' - Requires a waste entry
  3. 'Track medication inventory' - Allows transferring in and out of medications

Once you have selected your settings you need to add your medications to the Master Medication List.

Once all of your medication is added to the Master Medication List you will need to set up each Devices Inventory Configuration.  This allows you to select which medications you want to allow in each device as well as set a Par and Minimum Alert Level.  When finished selecting your medications for each device make sure to press 'Save' at the bottom of the page.
