PPAEMA Regulatory Compliance (CFR) - Transfer & Deliver Report - § 1304.27(b)(3)

§ 1304.27(b)(3) — For each delivery of
controlled substances between a designated location and a registered location:
Name of the substance;
Finished form of the substance (e.g., 10-milligram tablet or 10-milligram concentration per fluid ounce or milliliter);
Number of units or volume of finished form in each commercial container (e.g., 100-tablet bottle or 3-milliliter vial);
Number of units or volume of finished form in each commercial container and number of commercial containers delivered (e.g., 100-tablet bottle or 3-milliliter vial);
Date of the delivery;
Name and address of the designated location to which the substance is delivered; and
Name and title of the person in receipt of the controlled substances.
To ensure you you get all the information required in the reports, you must set up a few items before you can start the initial process. All of these "Set Up" items must be in place before the transactions are done in order for the associated information will be able to populate into the reports properly.
Set Up Items
Make sure to add your
User Titles to each of your Users who transfer all medications between your HQ's and NarcBoxes.
Make sure to add your
Station Addresses to each of your
NarcBoxes and
HQs.
Transactions
The type of
transactions that will be included in this report are as follows: Item Transfer In, Pouch Check In, and Pouch Restock.
Exporting Reports
In your Export Center, Select the CFR Transfer & Delivery Report § 1304.27(b)(3). Select your date range, interval, or month. And whether you would like to specify any NarcBoxes or HQs; Leave blank for All NarcBoxes and HQ's. Press Download.
Downloads
Open your downloads where they are set to be saved on computer and open the file.
