General Troubleshooting

If your NarcBox is having any type of issue please try the steps listed below:

1) Do a ten second internal reboot by pressing and holding the small red/black button that is inside the box (right behind the screen at the top) for ten seconds.  Wait for 1 full minute before touching anything on the NarcBox screen so the NarcBox can do a full reboot.
2) Try connecting to a phone hotspot (if it's an iPhone hotspot, make sure "Maximize Compatibility" is turned on) and see if things work better on there.  If connecting to a hotspot works, please see our article on whitelisting/WiFi FAQ. You can also go to the saved networks page (inside the WiFi menu) and remove all saved networks, do a 10 second internal reboot that is explained in step 1 and then connect to a hotspot.
3) Try doing a sync, or two, before trying the action on the box again.  If your screen is stuck on the sync screen (for instance it has started some of the sync, but is stuck on "Sync Starting" or 'Downloading Credentials') back out of the Settings Menu to the Home Screen/Menu and go back into the Settings Menu to select 'Sync' again.  You are good to go once the box says "Sync OK". 
4) Have your supervisor check the settings for the box online to make sure things are turned on properly. Make sure to sync the NarcBox if they make any changes.
