If you did a medication usage for the wrong medication, please follow the steps below. 

- Immediately notify your supervisor/account admin

      - If you are the supervisor or account admin, go into reporting on the website and add a note in the event that the wrong medication was used 

- You will need to retire the medication that was supposed to be used, add notes to the event in reporting

- Once that is done you will need to re-tag/re-add the medication into your system, this may need to be done by a supervisor/account admin
      -The steps for this can be found here for tagged medications: Add New Tagged Medications

      - Make sure you add a note in reporting for this event as well, "this medication was logged as used but was not the medication that was actually used"
