Using the Support Option
Select 'Support' on the left side of your screen to view additional options.
Knowledge Base
Select 'Knowledge Base' for more articles and information similar to this.
Support Ticket
To create a ticket for our development team select 'Support Ticket'.
Enter the appropriate information for the support ticket.
- Priority: If you have an issue preventing you from doing work, please select that option so it will be addressed sooner.
- Select if you would like to be contacted when the issue is resolved.
- Give a detailed description of where the issue you are having happens, and what the issue is.
After you have filled all the information select 'Submit Ticket'
Select 'Contact Us' if you still are having issues or confusion.
