Set Up Text Alerts (NTPro only)


This option is available to Account Admins (or Group Admins) with an active NarcTrak Pro Subscription.  Contact us if you have any questions or would like to upgrade your account subscription.

  1. Go into your account, find your user and hover over Actions, select 'Edit'




  1. Scroll down on the edit menu and select 'Add Mobile Phone'



  1. Enter your Phone number and then select 'Save'



  1. Go into your 'Settings' and then select 'Personal Settings'
  1. Select 'Send text alerts to this number'




  1. It will then have you verify your number, confirm the number is correct and then select 'Send Code'




  1. Once you receive the code (it will be texted to that number), enter it in the box and select 'Verify Code'




  1. Once that is completed you may turn on any notifications to be sent via SMS
