RFID Tagged Medications

Add or Remove Inventory

  1. Select ‘Inventory
  2. Enter User(s) Credentials - PIN/RFID/BIO
  3. Choose ‘Transfer In’ or ‘Transfer Out’
  4. Scan RFID Med Tag(s), press ‘Done
  5. View and confirm scanned items are correct, press ‘Save
  6. "Save Report?", press ‘Save

Log Med Usage

  1. Select Log Med Usage’
  2. Enter Credential(s) for User 1 - PIN/RFID/BIO
  3. Enter Credential(s) for User 2 - PIN/RFID/BIO
  4. Scan or Enter (KeyPad) Med RFID Tag
  5. Select and Enter Admin Qty’, press Done
  6. Select Waste Qty’
  7. Confirm or re-enter Waste qty, press Done
  8. Double check Amounts are correct
    1. Need to enter a another Med?, Press Next and go back to step 4
    2. Done with Med entry, press Done
  9. Enter Run#, press Done
  10. Confirm Run#, Meds and Admin/Waste Qty, press Done
  11. Press Done
  12. "Save Report?", press ‘Save'

Shift Change or Inventory Audit – Quick Count

  1. Select ‘Shift Change or ‘Inventory Audit
  2. Enter User(s) Credentials - PIN/RFID/BIO
  3. Select ‘Quick Count
  4. "Quick Audit Selected?", press ‘Yes
  5. Enter Number of Vials for Each Medication, press ‘Next
  6. Confirm Count Matches Number of Vials, press ‘Done
  7. "Save Report?", press ‘Save

Shift Change or Inventory Audit – Visual Confirm

  1. Select ‘Shift Change’ or ‘Inventory Audit’
  2. Enter User(s) Credentials - PIN/RFID/BIO
  3. Select ‘Visual Confirm’
  4. "Visual Confirm Selected?", press ‘Yes
  5. Enter Number of Vials for Each Medication, press ‘Next
  6. Confirm Count Matches Number of Vials, press ‘Done
  7. "Save Report?", press ‘Save
  8. Match RFID Tags, press each tag number you have confirmed you have in inventory. 
    *The RFID Number will turn from red to green, press ‘Save’.
  9. Save Report?", press ‘Save

Firmware Update 3.30.02 and below

***Check and perform at least once a month
  1. Press Unlock Door’
  2. Enter User(s) Credentials - PIN/RFID/BIO
  3. Press Settings Gear Icon
  4. Once WiFi Logo is green, press Sync and wait for green checkmark
  5. Press System
  6. Press Maintenance
  7. Press Firmware Update’
    1. If update is available, press Yes and enter User PIN.
    2. If none, press ‘Complete
  8. Once complete, press Continue to reboot.
    *If the firmware number did not update, press the internal reset button and it should update on reload
  9. After the box has rebooted and the WiFi Logo is green, press Settings Gear Icon'Sync' and wait for the green bar that says "Sync OK"
  10. Once Sync is complete, close the door
