Transfer In (Add) or Transfer Out (Remove) Tagged Medications

1. Press ‘Manage Inventory’
   
2. Enter User(s) Credentials - PIN/RFID/BIO
   
3. Press ‘Transfer In’ or ‘Transfer Out’
   
4. Scan the RFID tagged medications or key in the item info 
   
5. When done scanning, press ‘Done’
   
6. Review the Transfer Summary screen, press the down arrow to view more
   
7. Once you have reviewed that all the medications are correct, press ‘Save’
   
8. "Confirm Save Report?", press ‘Save’
   
9. "Transfer Complete Report Saved" - Done

Log Med Use Tagged Medications

1. Press ‘Log Med Use’
   
2. Enter Credential(s) for User 1 - PIN/RFID/BIO
   
3. Enter Credential(s) for User 2 - PIN/RFID/BIO
4. Scan Med or use Keypad to enter Med RFID tag 
   
5. Select and enter ‘Administered Quantity’ and ‘Waste Quantity’, press ‘Done’
   
6. Double check amounts are correct
   
7. To enter another Med, press ‘Next Med’ and go back to step 4
   
8. Done with Med entry, press ‘Done’
   
9. Enter 'Run #' (optional), press ‘Done’
   
10. Confirm Run #, Meds and Admin/Waste Qty, press ‘Done’
11. "Save Report?", press ‘Save'

Shift Change or Audit for Tagged Medications – Quick Count

1. Press ‘Shift Change’ or ‘Audit’
   
2. Enter Credential for User 1 - PIN/RFID/BIO
   
3. Enter Credential for User 2 - PIN/RFID/BIO
4. Press ‘Quick Count’
   
5. "Quick Audit Selected?", press ‘Yes’
   
6. Enter the quantity of each medication in the box, press ‘Next’ (repeat for all medications)
7. Confirm that the count matches the number of vials you have, press ‘Done’
   
8. "Save Report?", press ‘Save’

Shift Change or Audit for Tagged Medications – Visual Confirm

1. Press ‘Shift Change’ or ‘Audit’
   
2. Enter Credential for User 1 - PIN/RFID/BIO
   
3. Enter Credential for User 2 - PIN/RFID/BIO
4. Press ‘Visual Confirm’
   
5. "Visual Confirm Selected?", press ‘Yes’
   
6. Enter number of vials for each Medication, press ‘Next’
   
7. On the Audit Drug Count screen, confirm that the count matches the number of vials you have, press ‘Done’
8. "Save Report?", press ‘Save’
   
9. Match RFID Tags:  press once for present (green), press twice for absent (red)
   
10. Press, 'Save'
    
11. "Save Report?", press ‘Save’
    

Firmware Update

1. Press ‘Unlock Door’ 
   
2. Enter User(s) Credentials - PIN/RFID/BIO
   
3. Press Settings Gear Icon
   
4. Once WiFi Logo is green, press ‘Sync’ and wait for the green bar that says "Sync OK"
   
5. If there is an update available, the NarcBox will provide a message: "Sync OK Update Available!"
   
6. Press ‘NarcBox Settings'
   
7. Press 'Firmware Update'
   
8. Press 'Download' and enter User(s) Credentials - PIN/RFID/BIO
9. Once complete, press ‘Continue’ to reboot.
   *If the firmware number did not update, press the internal reset button and it should update on reload
10. After the box has rebooted and the WiFi Logo is green, press Settings Gear Icon, ‘Sync’ and wait for the green bar that says "Sync OK"
11. Once 'Sync' is complete close the door
