Retire/Remove RFID Medication ONLINE
You can now Retire/Remove a RFID medication online via our website narcbox.com/removeMed or available at our websites login screen. We recommend you use the NarcBox HQ for this feature, however we do understand that there are situations where this can be more useful.
Once you are in the online form please fill out all of the required fields. You are also able to attach a picture, ex; image of broken vial, expiration date on vial. You must select a reason as to why you are retiring/removing said med. You can also put notes in as to why you used the online form and/or any other notes you see fit to include (why you selected other as the reason). Please know that completing this form may cause discrepancies on your NarcBox HQ or NarcBox (where the med was located at the time of form submission) until a full sync has been completed which will occur every 15 minutes (HQ) or every 12 hours (NarcBoxes) with active internet connection. You can do a manual inventory sync on the HQ to update the memory sooner (can be found under Manage Inventory, Summary, Get Server Inventory). Once the form is submitted, an event will show in your reporting (with any notes and images added to the online form), your online accounts inventory and medication totals will be updated accordingly. If you are an admin you can also turn on notifications/alerts for the online forms.
Here is a step by step walk through on how to use this new feature:
Please fill out all required fields.
Select the Reason and put Notes as to why you used the online form and anything else that you feel would need to be included.
When you have submitted the form, the emails that you entered into the form as Your Email and Witnessed By will all receive emails notifying them that they were used in a Retired/Removed Medication form online.
FOR ADMINS:

You also have the option to turn on notifications for online form usage.
