Did you know that the screens on the NarcBoxes are a resistive touch screen? This allows the users to wear gloves while operating it.
What does this mean to you? Do you ever find that your selection is just not correct? You try to select a 4 but a 7 or 9 appears. To better make your selection, press the selection like a button instead of a tap like current smart phones accepts. You can also use a retractable pen (with the pen portion retracted), a pen with a cap (use the cap), a stylus pen, or a retractable stylus pen (with the pen portion retracted) to more accurately push the buttons. Please refrain from using any sharp objects to press on the screen as this can damage the screen and void any warranty that is available.
