Pouch Transactions

Check In/Out Pouch

  1. Select ‘Inventory
  2. Enter User(s) Credentials - PIN/RFID/BIO
  3. Choose ‘Check In’ or ‘Check Out’
  4. Scan Pouch RFID, Press ‘Done
  5. If Security Tag is:
    1. Intact: Scan Security Tag, Press ‘Done
    2. Missing or Damaged: Press ‘Missing Tag?’, Confirm Missing Tag ‘Yes
  6. Report Saved

 

Log Med Usage

  1. Select Log Med Usage’
  2. Enter Credential(s) for User 1 - PIN/RFID/BIO
  3. Enter Credential(s) for User 2 - PIN/RFID/BIO
  4. Scan or Enter (KeyPad) Med RFID Tag
  5. Select and Enter Admin Qty’, Press Done
  6. Select Waste Qty’
  7. Confirm or re-enter Waste qty, Press Done
  8. Double check Amounts are correct
    1. Need to enter a another Med?, Press Next and go back to step 4
    2. Done with Med entry, Press Done
  9. Enter Run#, Press Done
  10. Confirm Run#, Meds and Admin/Waste Qty, Press Done
  11. Press Done
  12. Save Report, Press ‘Save'

 

Add Med

  1. Select ‘Inventory
  2. Enter User(s) Credentials - PIN/RFID/BIO
  3. Choose ‘Restock
  4. Select Pouch Name (press to turn Name green), Press ‘Select’, Press ‘Continue
  5. Select ‘Restock Tag Med’
  6. Scan or Manually Enter RFID Med Tag, Press ‘Done
  7. View Scanned item is correct, Press ‘Save
  8. Save Report, Press ‘Save

 

Remove Med 

  1. Select ‘Inventory
  2. Enter User(s) Credentials - PIN/RFID/BIO
  3. Choose ‘Restock
  4. Select Pouch Name (press to turn Name green), Press ‘Select’, Press ‘Continue
  5. Select ‘Remove Tag Med’
  6. Scan or Manually Enter RFID Med Tag(s), Press ‘Done
  7. View Scanned item is correct, Press ‘Save
  8. Save Report, Press ‘Save


Reseal Pouch

  1. Select ‘Inventory
  2. Enter User(s) Credentials - PIN/RFID/BIO
  3. Choose ‘Reseal
  4. Select Pouch Name (press to turn Name green), Press ‘Select
  5. Scan Pouch RFID
  6. Match RFID Tags, Press each tag number you have confirmed you have in inventory.
    *The RFID Number will turn from red to green, Press ‘Next
  7. Continue Reseal, Press ‘Continue
  8. Scan RFID or Enter(Keypad) Security Tag, Press ‘Apply
  9. Reseal Pouch, Press ‘Continue
  10. Reseal Saved


Shift Change or Inventory Audit – Security Tag Intact

  1. Select ‘Shift Change’ or ‘Inventory Audit’
  2. Enter User(s) Credentials - PIN/RFID/BIO
  3. Select Pouch Name (press to turn Name green), Press ‘Begin
  4. Scan Pouch RFID
  5. Scan SEAL, Security Tag or Enter(Keypad), Press ‘ Apply
  6. Report Saved, Unbroken Seal


Shift Change or Inventory Audit – Security Tag Broken or Missing

  1. Select ‘Shift Change’ or ‘Inventory Audit’
  2. Enter User(s) Credentials - PIN/RFID/BIO
  3. Select Pouch Name (press to turn Name green), Press ‘Begin
  4. Scan Pouch RFID
  5. Scan SEAL screen, Press ‘Skip
  6. Confirm Missing Seal Selection?, Press ‘Yes
  7. Match RFID Tags, Press each tag number confirmed in your inventory.
    *The RFID Number will turn from red to green, Press ‘Save’.
  8. Save Report, Press ‘Save
    Optional Reseal Pouch
  1. Press, ‘Yes’, Audit Saved
  2. Scan SEAL, Security Tag or Enter(Keypad), Press ‘ Apply
  3. Reseal Complete


Shift Change or Audit – Unsealed Pouch

  1. Select Shift Change’ or Audit’
  2. Enter Credential(s) for User 1 - PIN/RFID/BIO
  3. Enter Credential(s) for User 2 - PIN/RFID/BIO
  4. Select Pouch Name (press to turn Name green), Press Begin
  5. Scan Pouch RFID
  6. Match RFID Tags, Press each tag number confirmed in your inventory. *The RFID Number will turn from red (not present) to green (present)
  7. Press Save
  8. Save Report, Press Save


Firmware Update

    Check and perform at least once a month

  1. Unlock Door’
  2. Enter User(s) Credentials - PIN/RFID/BIO
  3. Select Settings (Gear Icon)
  4. Once WiFi Logo is green, Press ‘Sync’ and wait for green checkmark
  5. Select ‘System
  6. Select ‘Maintenance
  7. Select ‘Firmware Update’
    1. If update is available, Select ‘Yes’ and enter User PIN.
    2. If none, Select ‘Complete
  8. Once complete, select ‘Continue’ to reboot.
    *If the firmware number did not update, press the internal reset button
  9. Close door once reboot is complete
