Create (or Delete) a Pouch Loadout


*Before a pouch can be created on your NarcBox HQ, you must create a Pouch Loadout online.

Create Pouch Loadout

In your online account go to Medications on the left side navigation panel and then select the Pouch Loadout Management tab.

Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Add New Loadout 




Enter the name you would like this loadout to be called




Decide if you want to Force Pouch Security Seal (toggle to the right is on/enabled).  If you chose not to do this you will never be able to seal any pouch with this selected loadout at any point. 




Add any notes that may be helpful for you in regards to this loadout




Select/Enable which medications you want to be in this loadout and then set the par levels. 
*These levels must be met when creating the pouch on the HQ before you will be able to add a security seal, save, or check out)




Scroll to the bottom of the page again and select Save Pouch Loadouts 




**Your pouch loadout has now been created.  Once it is created you are unable to edit it.  If you need a loadout with different settings or medications, you will need to create a new loadout. 
**Remember you must toggle on 'Force Pouch Security Seal' to allow the pouch to be sealed at any point in it's use. 


Delete Pouch Loadout

If you are no longer using a pouch loadout, you can delete it.  First, you must dismantle any pouches with that loadout and restocked those pouches using a new loadout on the HQ before the online system will allow you to delete it. 

Once you have no pouches using the pouch loadout you want to delete, then you will go into this same section as above (Medications, Pouch Loadout).  Open the Pouch Loadout you wish to delete and select 'Delete Pouch Loadout'.  Then select 'Save Pouch Loadout'.
