1. Press ‘Manage Inventory’
   
2. Enter User(s) Credentials - PIN/RFID/BIO
   
3. Restock:  press the + or - to adjust how many of each medication is being
   Transferred In (+) or Transferred Out (-), press 'Done'
   
4. "Save Stock Changes?", press 'Save'

Log Med Use Non-Tagged Medications

1. Press ‘Log Med Use’
   
2. Enter User(s) Credentials for User 1 - PIN/RFID/BIO
   
3. Enter User(s) Credentials for User 2 - PIN/RFID/BIO
4. Select the Medication you want to log
   
5. Select and enter 'Administered Quantity'
   
6. Select and enter 'Waste Quantity' (even if 0)
   
7. Did you use more than 1 package/vial? Select and enter 'Package Quantity', press 'Done'
   
8. Double check amounts are correct
   
9. To enter another Medication go back to step 4
   
10. Need to enter a Run # (optional), select 'Enter Run#', enter Run #, press 'Done'
    
11. Done with Medication Use/Waste entry, press 'Done'
    
12. Confirm Run#, Medication(s), Admin/Wast Qty, press 'Done'
    
13. "Save Report?", press 'Save'
    
14. Report Saved

Shift Change or Audit for Non-Tagged Medications – Quick Count

1. Press ‘Shift Change’ or ‘Audit’
   
2. Enter Credential for User 1 - PIN/RFID/BIO
   
3. Enter Credential for User 2 - PIN/RFID/BIO
4. Enter the quantity of each Medication in the box, press ‘Next’ (repeat for all medications)
   
5. Confirm that the count matches the number of vials you have, press ‘Done’
   
6. "Save Report?", press ‘Save’

Firmware Update

1. Press 'Unlock Door' 
   
2. Enter User(s) Credentials - PIN/RFID/BIO
3. Press Settings Gear Icon
   
4. Once WiFi Logo is green, press ‘Sync’ and wait for green bar that says "Sync OK"
5. If there is an update available, the NarcBox will provide a message: "Sync OK Update Available!'"
   
6. Press 'NarcBox Settings'
   
7. Press 'Firmware Update'
8. Press 'Download' and enter User(s) Credentials - PIN/RFID/BIO
9. Once complete, press 'Continue' to reboot
   *If the firmware number did not update, press the internal reset button and it should update on reload
10. After the box has rebooted and the WiFi Logo is green, press Settings Gear Icon, 'Sync' and wait for the green bar that says "Sync OK"
11. Once Sync is complete, close the door
