NarcTrak Pro Billing

The NarcTrak Pro subscription is $80/device per year for the original subscription.  For the NarcTrak Pro System subscription you have access to all that is offered in the original NarcTrak Pro system plus RFID medication tags and seals for $160/device per year.  You can get more information about the different subscriptions here. We bill annually to make it easier for everyone.  We will also do our best to only bill for active boxes.  So if you have spares or rarely used reserves we won't include those. 

We will start the subscription the month you go live.  Your subscription will expire a year later at the end of the month you went live.  So if you went live in January 2023, your subscription will expire on January 31st, 2024.  We are working to automate things, but until then, we have planned to reach out to your department at the beginning of the month that your subscription expires.  At that time you can let us know if you would like a quote or invoice sent to you along with whatever route you and your accounts department needs. 

During the month that your NarcTrak Pro will be expiring (they expire at the end of the month) you will receive a notification that your account is expiring when you log into narcbox.com. 



This notification will be there for 30 days or less until your expiration date.  You will have the option from there to send us a quick email requesting that we contact you.  You will click on the reminder (for ex: "Your Pro account will expire in 7 days!"), an automated message will pop up, feel free to add any information, then click on Submit.  A Customer Service representative receives the email and then will send you an email within 30 days or less about information on how to renew your subscription.

Since this process is manually done (by a few of us), the number of devices that we send to you for quoting might be a little off.  If you feel that is the case, please let us know and we will look into it.
