The NarcTrak pro subscription is $6 a month per device. We bill annually to make it easier for everyone. We will also do our best to only bill for active boxes. So if you have spares or rarely used reserves we won't include those.
We will start the subscription the month you go live. So, your subscription renewal date is the 1st of the following month
We are working to automate things but until then, we have planned to reach out to your department at the beginning of the previous month to quote or invoice you - with whatever route you and your accounts department needs.
Anytime you log into narcbox.com 30 days and less, before your expiration date, you will receive a notification that your account is expiring and have the option from there to send us a quick email for us to contact you.
Since this process is manually done (by a few of us), the number of devices that we send to you for quoting might be a little off. If you feel that is the case, please let us know and we will look into it.
