Press ‘Log Med Use’
Enter Credential(s) for User 1 - PIN/BIO/RFID
Enter Credential(s) for User 2 - PIN/BIO/RFID
Scan the medication RFID or select 'Keypad' to enter manually
Select and enter ‘Administered Quantity’
Select and confirm / enter 'Waste Quantity'
Double check amounts are correct
To enter another Med, press 'Next Med' and go back to step 4
Or
Done with Med entry, press 'Done'
Enter 'Run #' (optional), press ‘Done’
Confirm Run # (or Press to Edit), Meds and Admin/Waste Qty, press ‘Done’
Report Summary, Final confirmation. Press 'Back' to Edit or 'Done' to move forward.
"Save Report?", press ‘Save’
