You can now log an RFID medication usage online via our website:

login screen.
This should not become the new normal for logging your medication usage. If at all possible this should still be completed on the NarcBox. However, we do understand that there are situations where this can be more useful than attempting it on the box.
Here is a step by step walk through on how to use this new feature:

narcbox.com/lmu, or you can get to it from our regular website's
login screen.
Once you are in the online form please fill out all of the required fields. REMEMBER this is not to replace the log med usage on the box if at all possible. Please know that completing this form may cause discrepancies on your NarcBox until a full sync has been completed. You can do a manual sync to update the NarcBox's memory sooner. In the notes section please add why you used the online form and any other notes that you see fit.
Please pay close attention to the Administered Time, SELECT THE OK BUTTON AFTER PUTTING IN THE TIME OR IT WILL NOT SAVE THE TIME YOU SELECTED.
When the form is submitted, the information from the form will show up in reporting with any notes added to the medication usage form. At this time, your accounts inventory and medication totals will be updated accordingly. If you are an admin you can also turn on notifications/alerts for the online forms.
When you have submitted the form the emails that you entered into the form as Administered By, Witnessed By, and Form Completed By, will all receive emails notifying them that they were used in a log med usage online.
FOR ADMINS:
You also have the option to turn on notifications for online form usage. This can be found under Settings and Personal Settings. Note: These alerts will only be available to those with the NarcTrak Pro subscription.
