Mute and/or exclude Missed Audit/Shift Change events when there are no meds in the device (NTPro Only)
Are you getting too many Missed Inventory Audit/Shift Change alerts when your boxes are 'out of service' and/or contain no medications?
We have you covered. We have added 2 new features to help with this.
We have added an option in the Instant Notification Section under Settings and Personal Settings where you can mute alerts for a Missed inventory audit/shift change if the device has 0 meds in it. With this enabled, you will only get Missed Audit/Shift Change alerts for boxes that have meds currently in them.
Next, we have added the option to suppress Missed Audit/Shift Change alerts from your Reporting Section (and Export Center) if there were 0 meds in it at the time of the missed event, this can be found in Settings and Shift Change/Temperature Tab. (for this one you will want to deselect the box to exclude the events)
A few Notes:
• This will only apply to missed events that occurred after 7/15/2023.
• This setting will instantly change how your Missed Events appear in your reporting events and export reports. You can enable or disable it at any time and it will display accordingly.
