Editing Tagged Medication Exp Date, Lot#, and/or Form 222#

If you added a tagged medication and entered in the incorrect Expiration Date, Lot Number, or Form 222 Number, you can edit these in your online account.
*This is only available for Account Admins (it is not available for Group Admins).

You can do this by going to narcbox.com and logging in.

1) Once you have logged in select Medications  found on the left navigation panel.

2) Select the RFID Tracked Items tab.

3) Once your page has loaded, find the RFID of the medication that you need to edit (you can press Ctrl+F in your browser to find/search).  Select RFID medication row (the row will highlight blue).

4) After you select the RFID med line a button will appear at the bottom right of the screen, select Edit/View Details.

5) It will then bring up the information of the medication and you can edit the Expiration Date, Lot Number, and/or Form 222 Number

6) Once you have edited what you need, press Save.

Repeat for as many RFID medications as you need.
