Added Wrong Med

If you have added the wrong Non-Tagged medication on your HQ panel, follow these steps to resolve it:

  1. On your HQ panel select 'Manage Inventory'
  2. Enter User(s) Credentials - PIN/RFID/BIO
  3. Select 'Retire Items'
  4. "Are you removing RFID tagged items from the HQ?" select 'No'
  5. If you have multiple lockers, press 'Open/Select Locker', select desired Locker, press 'Switch Locker' (1 Locker at a time)
  6. Select the medication that you previously added and didn't want to add, enter the quantity that you assigned to that med, then
    select 'Next'
  7. Select the reason that you are removing it- 'Other'
  8. Select 'Finish' when done
  9. Make a note in reporting on the website as to why you retired them
  10. Once the note is in reporting, you can go through the process of adding a new Non-Tagged med on the HQ panel

If you have added the wrong Tagged medication on your HQ panel, follow these steps to resolve it:
  1. On your HQ panel select 'Manage Inventory'
  2. Enter User(s) Credentials - PIN/RFID/BIO
  3. Select 'Retire Items' (this will make the RFID tag unusable)
  4. "Are you removing RFID tagged items from the HQ?" select 'Yes'
  5. If you have multiple lockers, press 'Open/Select Locker', select desired Locker, press 'Switch Locker' (1 Locker at a time)
  6. Scan the RFID(s) or Enter Manually the medication that you previously added and didn't want to add, then select 'Next'
  7. Select the reason that you are removing it- 'Other'
  8. Select 'Finish' when done
  9. Make a note in reporting on the website as to why you retired them
  10. Once the note is in reporting, you can go through the process of adding a new Tagged med (be sure to add a new RFID sticker (the other one is now unusable) to the vial you are adding) on the HQ panel
